Having undertaken work on the previous phase (Smythe House) completed in May 2007 for Gleeson Building, we were the preferred company for fire protection on this £46 million project to build a new-build medium-secure facility, incorporating 132 en-suite bedrooms and associated therapy areas.

Services provided include :

• Fire Protection Board
• Intumescent Paint
• Air Sealing
• Acoustic Sealing
• Fire Stopping

Currently works are progressing on this project with an expected value of works on this project of £300,000.
